Coast Southwest Adds Jill M. Reimer, Re-establishes Northern California Presence

Placentia, CA (June 1, 2010) Coast Southwest is pleased to announce that Jill M. Reimer has joined the company as technical sales representative re-establishing Coast Southwest’s sales presence in Northern California.

Ms. Reimer will be responsible for developing that geography with the same focus on the personal care industry that Coast Southwest has overall and with a particular emphasis on the Lubrizol Advanced Materials product line. She is based in San Francisco and reports to Kevin D. Sathre, vice president of sales.

“We are very pleased to re-establish a physical base in Northern California,” said Joseph C. Cimo, president. “This expansion is a continuation of our regional strategy to place Coast Southwest representatives in the geographic markets we serve in order to provide even more support to our customers.”

With a decade of experience, half of that time in sales and half in research and development, Ms. Reimer brings a dual perspective to her assignment at Coast Southwest. She has demonstrated success in new business development and in building long-standing customer relationships.

Ms. Reimer has been a senior research and development chemist, director of quality control, and production scientist. Her technical experience includes formulating new products, R&D stability work, and quality control. She earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin with a major in biology with an emphasis in cellular physiology and a minor in chemistry.

Our customers benefit from sales professionals who are knowledgeable about the chemistry of our product lines, understand the needs of a research and development department, and can contribute application ideas.”

With the addition of San Francisco, Coast Southwest now has five regional offices located in Arizona, California, Texas, and Utah. In March, the company celebrated its 25th Anniversary.
